The ball check valve is a non-return valve with a multi-ball, multi-channel, and multi-cone flow structure. It is mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber balls, cone bodies, etc.
The working principle of the ball check valve is: that the rubber ball rolls in the ball cover in a short stroke to open and close the valve. When the water pump starts, the water breaks open the rubber ball under the action of pressure, causing the rubber ball to roll to the right. Its position is fixed by the cone in the rear valve body, and the check valve opens; after the pump stops, due to the return water pressure forces the rubber ball to roll to the left front valve body to close the check valve. The rubber ball is a hollow steel ball with a very elastic rubber attached to the outside to ensure sealing and reduce damage to the pipeline system during the valve closing process. The cone with holes fixes the steel ball when the valve is opened and eliminates the pressure on the contact area between the rubber ball and the cone, making the contact surface contact and reducing the hydraulic loss caused by the shaking of the rubber ball in the valve body.
