The API American standard cast steel gate valve produced by ZC meets the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute standards: API600 and API6D, and is consistent with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME16.34. The API American standard gate valve consists of a complete valve body, valve cover, and internal components. The materials of the valve body and valve cover include nine grades of carbon content, low alloy and stainless steel. In special applications, other grades of alloy and stainless steel can be used. There are many internal components available for use in different environments, and the selection of fillers and gaskets is also suitable for various environments.
Universal trim: 13Cr stem, wedge in CA 15 or 13Cr faced, and CoCr alloy faced seat API Trim 8 suitable for applications up to 850°F (454°C).
Seat face CoCr alloy hardfaced, ground and lapped to a mirror finish.
Flexible wedge with low center stem-wedge contact, in solid CA15 (13Cr) or hardfaced with 13Cr, SS 316, Monel or CoCr alloy. Wedge is ground and lapped to a mirror finish and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage.
